🚀 We’re Hiring | Enterprise Sales – Manager & Executive
Telepie.com is growing, and we’re looking for ambitious sales professionals who want to take ownership, work directly with the Founder, and help build our enterprise sales function.
📍 Location: Delhi NCR | On-site
🏢 Industry: CPaaS / Business Messaging / SaaS
🔹 Business Development Manager – Enterprise Sales
Experience: 2–5 Years
💰 Fixed Salary: ₹4.5–5 Lakh per annum + Performance-Based Incentives
🔹 Business Development Executive – Enterprise Sales
Experience: 1–4 Years
💰 Fixed Salary: ₹3–4 Lakh per annum + Performance-Based Incentives
What you’ll do:
• Identify and acquire new enterprise customers
• Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Build relationships with CXOs, Founders, IT, Marketing & Business Heads
• Understand customer requirements and position customized CPaaS solutions
• Build and manage the sales pipeline
• Work closely with our technology team to create customized solutions
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
We’re looking for:
• Strong B2B / Enterprise Sales experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Consultative selling mindset
• Experience in CPaaS, WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, Voice, APIs or SaaS is a strong advantage
• Someone who is comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-growing startup environment
