Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role located in Jaipur. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications for infrastructure and site development projects. Day-to-day tasks include planning project activities, coordinating with design and construction teams, performing site visits, and ensuring work complies with relevant codes and standards. The role involves analyzing stormwater management requirements, designing drainage systems, and supporting construction supervision to resolve technical issues. The Civil Engineer will also contribute to cost estimates, documentation, and reporting while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders, contractors, and clients.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills to develop, review, and optimize project plans, drawings, and technical documents.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on infrastructure or building projects, with knowledge of field practices and construction processes.
Planning skills to organize project workflows, manage timelines, and coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams.
Stormwater Management expertise to design drainage systems, assess site conditions, and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Proficiency with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and familiarity with applicable codes and standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Jaipur.
Experience in construction supervision, quantity estimation, and quality control will be considered an advantage.
