Job Summary
All India Occult Science is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified professionals across academic, administrative, research, and spiritual/occult domains, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s values and mission.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, Screening interviewing, and onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements for various roles IT and Non IT roles
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role-specific criteria
Coordinate and schedule interviews with Senior HR and other concerned Managers.
Conduct HR interviews and initial assessments
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers daily (Mandatory)
Assist in onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Required Skills & Competencies Core Recruitment Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience
End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
Sourcing strategies (job portals, referrals, social media, networking)
Resume screening & candidate evaluation
Interviewing & assessment techniques

Attention to detail
Data tracking and reporting

Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
