Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in New Delhi. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with expediting teams, managing logistics, supervising inspections, and aligning project milestones with client expectations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional internal teams and external partners, preparing progress reports, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions. The Project Manager will also support process improvements and ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, scope management, and stakeholder coordination.
Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up on project materials and services.
Inspection skills to supervise quality checks, site assessments, and compliance with technical specifications.
Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, warehousing, and material handling for project sites.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience managing infrastructure or healthcare-related projects is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and clients.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
