Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chinturu. The role involves supporting daily operations, coordinating staff schedules, monitoring production or service workflows, and ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards. The Assistant Manager will help manage documentation, maintain records, and prepare basic reports on performance, inventory, or productivity. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior management on process improvements, addressing routine operational issues, and assisting in communication between teams. The role also requires maintaining a safe, organized workplace and contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
Ability to oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, and support frontline staff in meeting targets and quality standards.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, management, and external partners.

Ability to identify routine operational problems and support implementation of practical solutions that improve efficiency and safety.

Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commerce, Dairy Technology, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
