Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chinturu. The role involves supporting daily operations, coordinating staff schedules, monitoring production or service workflows, and ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards. The Assistant Manager will help manage documentation, maintain records, and prepare basic reports on performance, inventory, or productivity. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior management on process improvements, addressing routine operational issues, and assisting in communication between teams. The role also requires maintaining a safe, organized workplace and contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
