Role Description The Maintenance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for ensuring equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections, carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance, and completing maintenance and repair work on various systems and machinery. The role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, responding to maintenance requests, and coordinating with other team members and departments to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Specialist will maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, follow safety and compliance standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and facility performance.
Qualifications
Ability to perform Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance on a variety of systems and machinery.
Experience with Preventive Maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.
Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair, including component replacement and minor modifications.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or facility-related issues.
Working knowledge of safety procedures, compliance standards, and use of maintenance tools.
Relevant technical diploma, certification, or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or facilities maintenance.
Prior experience in an industrial, commercial, or facilities maintenance role is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
