Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI and Automation role based in Yavatmal. The position involves designing and implementing process automation solutions, configuring tools and workflows, and ensuring that automated processes run reliably in production environments. Day-to-day tasks include identifying automation opportunities, creating and reviewing test cases, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system performance. The role also includes supporting quality assurance activities, documenting changes and procedures, and participating in ongoing optimization of existing automation initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Process Automation and Automation, including designing, configuring, and maintaining automated workflows.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
Candidates should possess experience with Test Cases and Quality Assurance to validate automation logic, ensure reliability, and maintain high standards of performance.
Relevant skills such as familiarity with scripting or programming languages, basic understanding of AI or machine learning concepts, and exposure to automation platforms or RPA tools are beneficial.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication are required.
Ability to work on-site in Yavatmal, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage tasks independently is essential.
A diploma or degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred, along with any certifications in automation or QA being a plus.
