Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern at Hope Agency. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and helping coordinate onboarding processes. Responsibilities include drafting and updating HR documents, assisting with benefits-related inquiries, and supporting compliance with HR policies and procedures. The intern will help organize HR communications, contribute to employee engagement initiatives, and participate in personnel management tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and basic reporting. This role provides hands-on experience across HR functions and the opportunity to work closely with the HR team on projects that support both employees and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Final year students and 0 to 3 year experienced are also eligibible to apply Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and basic understanding of Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess abilities related to Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting staff needs.
Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, and comfort working in a remote, technology-enabled environment.
Interest in pursuing a career in HR; current enrollment in or recent completion of studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, remote enviornment, demonstrate professionalism, and adapt to changing priorities.
