Role Description The Printing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for overseeing daily print production operations, including planning jobs, allocating resources, and monitoring machine performance to meet quality and delivery targets. The role involves supervising printing staff, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and maintenance standards. The Printing Manager will work closely with sales and customer service to understand client requirements, resolve issues, and support order fulfillment. Daily responsibilities include reviewing production schedules, optimizing workflows, troubleshooting printing problems, maintaining production records, and driving process improvements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong label Print Production and Production Management skills to plan, execute, and control end-to-end printing workflows.
Candidates should possess hands-on Printing expertise to operate, supervise, and troubleshoot printing machinery and equipment.
Candidates should possess Print Design understanding to collaborate effectively with designers and ensure print-ready files meet technical specifications.
Candidates should possess Sales and customer coordination skills to support client requirements, address concerns, and contribute to business growth.
Experience in packaging or commercial printing, with knowledge of materials, inks, and finishing processes.
Strong leadership abilities, including team supervision, performance management, and training of printing staff.
Good communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety standards.
Relevant technical qualification or diploma in printing technology, production, or a related field is preferred.
