Role Description The Senior Catalog Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for owning and optimizing product catalog data across Nxtwave Future AI Technology’s digital platforms and client implementations. This role involves structuring, maintaining, and validating catalog information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing, UX, and SEO strategies. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing catalog performance metrics, identifying data gaps and quality issues, and partnering with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. The Senior Catalog Analyst will collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to define catalog standards, manage updates, and support new launches, ensuring that product information enhances discoverability and user experience. This person will also create documentation, establish best practices, and contribute to automation and tooling that streamline catalog operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Catalog Management and Product Catalog skills to design, maintain, and optimize structured product information across platforms.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret catalog performance, quality metrics, and user behavior, and to drive data-informed decisions.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and document standards and processes.
Experience with e-commerce or digital product catalogs, including taxonomy design, attributes, and metadata management, is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL or similar query tools, and familiarity with catalog or PIM (Product Information Management) systems is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
Experience collaborating with marketing, SEO, or UX teams and knowledge of how catalog structure impacts discoverability and conversion is a plus.
