VP - Program Management

We are looking for a seasoned and highly strategic VP of Program Management to lead large-scale telecom/networking technology programs across global customers and internal engineering organizations. The ideal candidate should come from leading telecom/networking product or infrastructure companies.
Requirements:
Candidate must have worked in Product environment and should have worked on any product of Nokia, Siemens, or Cisco.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering from a reputed institute/university.
An MBA from a premier institute will be an added advantage.
15-20 years of experience in telecom, networking, wireless, or communication technology domains.
Strong experience managing large-scale telecom/networking product development or deployment programs.
Deep understanding of telecom/networking technologies.
Strong expertise in program governance, execution management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
Experience handling global customers, strategic accounts, and executive leadership interactions.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid execution models and large-scale engineering life cycle management.
PMP/Program Management certifications will be preferred.
