IT Administrator

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator / Application Administrator to manage enterprise applications, provide production support, coordinate with global stakeholders, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in large enterprise environments, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities:
Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise applications.
Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve incidents within SLA.
Manage user access, configurations, and application health.
Coordinate with business users, infrastructure, development, and vendor teams.
Support application upgrades, releases, and project implementations.
Prepare operational reports and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management.
Collaborate with global teams across the US, APAC, and other regions.
Ability to work global hours, specifically US EST hours.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT/application administration or production support.
Strong proficiency in Linux scripting and Ansible.
Experience with network debugging, including firewalls and gateways.
Experience with cloud SaaS deployments (e. g., Azure).
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with enterprise security products like CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Cisco, or Microsoft products.
Familiarity with identity security products such as Active Directory (AD), EntraId, SailPoint and so on.
Experience in high-growth startup environments or cybersecurity.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
