Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering, including experience leading or mentoring engineers.
Strong CS fundamentals (Tier-1 college preferred).
Deep experience with backend systems and APIs (e. g., Node.js, Python, or similar).
Experience with modern web stacks (e. g., TypeScript, React, Next.js, or similar).
Familiarity with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc. ) and with OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini APIs.
Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases.
Experience with LLMOps and evaluation frameworks.
Other Requirements:
Experience building end-to-end systems from scratch and leading a team through that build.
Track record of optimizing for latency.
Prior work in Series A/B startups or fast-paced environments.
Comfortable working with data-intensive applications and distributed systems.
Ability to pick up new technologies quickly and move across the stack as needed.
