Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead the overall sales, operations and team management of our premium fashion store at DLF Emporio, Delhi.
Responsibilities:
Drive store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Lead, train, motivate and manage the store team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI, VIP and repeat clientele.
Ensure an exceptional and personalised luxury customer experience.
Monitor key retail KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ATV and UPT.
Oversee inventory, stock movement, replenishment and stock audits.
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
Manage billing, POS, cash handling and daily store operations.
Prepare and analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with merchandising, warehouse, design and management teams.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, operational standards and brand guidelines.
Track customer preferences and market trends to support business growth.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in fashion, luxury or premium retail.
Proven experience managing a high-end fashion/luxury store.
Strong sales, business development and team-management skills.
Experience handling HNI/VIP clientele.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of fashion, styling and luxury customer service.
Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
Confident, well-presented and commercially driven.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and during peak retail seasons.
