Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design major new features, and consistently write production-ready code that is easily testable, easily understood by other developers, and accounts for edge cases and errors.
Architect systems using well-accepted design patterns to allow for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling.
Anticipates future use cases and makes design decisions that minimise the cost of future changes.
Proficient at using systematic debugging to diagnose all issues within the scope of their domain.
Designs solutions with a security lens.
Actively looks for security vulnerabilities both in the code and when providing peer reviews.
Proficient in using SF CICD tools and adheres to best practices.
Reviews epics and projects critically and ensures they're appropriately broken down and prioritised, and well understood by the team.
Ensures dependencies are noted and well understood by the team, at both the task and epic level.
Works within their team to foster a culture of priority setting and urgency in alignment with organisational strategy.
Anticipates and communicates blockers, delays, and cost ballooning within their team's projects, before they require escalation.
Ensures expectations with their team and external stakeholders are clarified between all parties involved.
Review code and ensure adherence to best practices, security, and performance standards.
Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards and processes.
Ensure proper documentation of configurations, customisations, and integrations.
Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Guide and mentor junior developers and administrators.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Salesforce development
Strong technical proficiency in Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flow, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Excellent understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Experience troubleshooting problems and capable of providing support when integrating systems such as web services and APIs.
Proficient with CI/CD concepts and tooling.
