Responsibilities:
Build, own, and scale our lending products, end-to-end personal loans, invoice discounting, and the backend LMS that powers them.
Lead architecture and development of secure backend: Java with Spring Boot, Frontend: React.js, and Database: PostgreSQL, Cloud Platform: AWS, Document Storage: Amazon S3 Mobile (Android): Native Android (Kotlin/Java).
Integrate third-party APIs, credit bureaus, KYC, payment gateways, and accounting systems into a unified orchestration layer.
Work deeply with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB) for data modelling, indexing, and performance optimisation.
Develop and enhance internal tools for accounting, operations, fraud detection, and collections tracking.
Take full ownership from brainstorming and architecture to debugging production issues.
Requirements:
3+ years of full-stack development experience.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture.
Skilled in data structures, system design, and microservices; comfortable designing systems for scale and reliability.
Experience integrating fintech APIs, credit bureaus, KYC, PGs, and NACH systems.
Strong database design and query optimisation skills (PostgreSQL / MySQL / DynamoDB).
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows.
