We're looking for a seasoned Backend Tech Lead to drive high-scale systems and lead a talented engineering team. If you have strong expertise in Golang and Python and experience building B2C applications at scale, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Lead design and development of backend systems handling 10K+ RPM scale.
Build and optimise transactional systems (payments, orders) and behavioural systems (analytics, personalisation).
Collaborate with product teams to ship impactful consumer-facing features.
Ensure scalable architecture, high-quality code, and robust testing.
Own end-to-end delivery with a focus on reliability and performance.
Requirements:
5+ years in backend development.
2 years as a Tech Lead managing teams.
Strong hands-on experience in Golang and Python.
Expertise in distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
Proven experience with high-scale systems (10K+ RPM).
