Responsibilities:
Lead Guided Requirement Discovery Workshops.
Capture, document, and validate customer requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications (FSD).
Work closely with TC, Engineering, and Solution teams.
Ensure readiness before development begins.
Identify scope gaps and align stakeholders early.
Support UAT and customer validation.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience as a BA in integration / SaaS environments.
Strong documentation and analytical skills.
Experience working with APIs, identity, or HR systems.
Ability to run structured customer workshops.
