We are looking for an Integration Developer and Implementation Consultant with 3-5 years of experience building and delivering enterprise integrations using JavaScript and Node.js . The ideal candidate combines strong technical integration expertise with customer-facing implementation experience and can manage solutions from discovery through go-live and post-production support.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise integrations.
Manage customer implementations from discovery and solution design through go-live and post-production support.
Gather requirements and lead technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
Build integrations with HR, payroll, identity, and other enterprise systems.
Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and file-based integrations.
Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
Prepare technical documentation, test cases, deployment plans, and implementation guides.
Support UAT, customer training, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and customer expectations across multiple engagements.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in integration development, implementation consulting, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js ; TypeScript experience is an advantage.
Experience integrating HRIS, HCM, payroll, or workforce-management systems.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, SFTP, OAuth 2.0 JWT, and webhooks.
Experience with SQL and relational databases, including writing queries, working with schemas, and troubleshooting data issues.
Strong customer-facing, consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Git, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP, or Dayforce.
Knowledge of employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and identity-lifecycle processes.
Experience with cloud platforms, iPaaS tools, and enterprise security standards.
Experience implementing SaaS solutions in enterprise environments.
