Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong team management skills, technical understanding, and proven experience in handling complex projects across multiple technologies and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Ensure effective team management, task allocation, and performance tracking.
Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure smooth project workflows.
Manage risks, issues, and escalations proactively.
Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication.
Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.
Requirements:
Hands-on exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience working with MuleSoft integrations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle large teams and multiple projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
10+ years of total experience in IT project management.
Strong team management and leadership experience.
No long career gaps.
Immediate joiners highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP / Scrum certifications.
Experience working in client-facing roles.
