Head of Product (Conversational AI)

We're looking for a Head of Product to own and scale our Conversational AI platform end-to-end. This is a high-impact, founder-level role; you will define product vision, drive execution, and shape how enterprises interact with AI at scale. Responsibilities:
Define and drive product vision and roadmap for Conversational AI.
End-to-end product lifecycle discovery, launch, and iteration.
Build AI-first experiences by working closely with AI/ML, Engg and Design.
Use data, user insights and experimentation to improve product outcomes.
Ensure high-quality, human-like AI interactions at scale.
Lead and mentor a high-performing product team.
Collaborate with GTM, Sales and customers to drive product-market fit.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Product Management.
2+ years of experience leading or managing product teams.
Experience building AI/ML, SaaS, or platform products(strong plus for Conversational AI / Voice AI).
Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, or AI-first product design.
Proven track record of shipping and scaling products in fast-paced environments.
Must Have:
Product Strategy and Roadmapping.

Data-driven decision making.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Experience working with AI/ML or deep-tech teams.
