We're looking for a highly driven Onsite Associate to work closely with our Partnerships & GTM team in driving on-ground execution with enterprise clients (Banks/NBFCs). This is a high ownership, field-heavy role where you'll be directly involved in client interactions, implementation, and partner coordination for cutting-edge AI/Voice AI solutions. Responsibilities:
Work directly with enterprise clients to support the implementation of AI/Voice AI solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, GTM) for smooth deployment.
Act as the first point of contact for clients during onboarding and early usage.
Support partner onboarding and enablement(system integrators, vendors).
Gather on-ground feedback and translate it into product improvements.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure a high-quality client experience.
Assist in pilot rollouts, demos, and POCs.
Travel for client meetings and deployments as required.
Requirements:
0-3 years of experience (freshers with strong intent can apply).
Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred).
Comfortable working on-site with clients (Banks/NBFCs preferred).
High ownership mindset and ability to handle ambiguity.
Problem-solving attitude with a willingness to figure things out.
Basic understanding of APIs / tech systems / AI tools (good to have, not mandatory)
Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
