Senior Full Stack Developer (Python & React)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of robust backend microservices using Python and modern, responsive frontend interfaces using React. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cloud infrastructure engineers to architect, build, and deploy mission-critical features.
Responsibilities:
Full Stack Architecture: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across both backend services (Python) and frontend applications (React).
API Development: Architect and implement scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to connect frontend interfaces with backend logic.
Database Management: Design optimized database schemas, write complex queries, and manage data storage solutions across both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Performance and Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize application load times, and ensure high responsiveness across complex web applications.
DevOps and Cloud: Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and deploy services on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Code Quality and Mentorship: Drive engineering best practices, conduct thorough code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
Requirements:
Experience: 5-8 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack capacity.
Backend Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python and popular frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
Frontend Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Redux / Zustand / Context API, HTML5 CSS3 and TypeScript.
Database Experience: Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Redis).
API Architecture: Demonstrated experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Tooling and Version Control: Proficiency with Git, Webpack/Vite, Docker, and containerized deployment workflows.
Core Competencies:
Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with microservices architecture and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery).
Experience with automated testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Understanding of WebSecurity practices (OAuth2 JWT, CORS, OWASP Top 10).
