Responsibilities:
Lead multiple mobile engineering teams across Android, iOS, and React Native platforms.
Drive architecture, design, and technical strategy for mobile applications.

Manage resource planning, sprint execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
Lead hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development of team members.
Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and drive innovation.
Requirements:
8-14 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift/Objective-C), React Native / cross-platform frameworks.
Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture).
Experience in managing large-scale, consumer-facing mobile apps.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, mobile performance optimisation, and security best practices.
