Delivery Manager - FRS Lead

We are looking for a Proactive Service Delivery Manager to support the successful deployment and delivery of facial recognition system (FRS) solutions across customer projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in deploying FRS or similar video analytics solutions, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth implementation from project kickoff to go-live. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on customer-facing deployments and solving real-world implementation challenges.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of assigned FRS deployment projects.
Coordinate with customers, system integrators, and internal engineering teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Understand customer requirements and assist in planning deployment activities.
Support installation, configuration, and integration of FRS solutions with CCTV feeds, VMS platforms, and related infrastructure.
Track project milestones, deployment progress, and issue resolution to ensure smooth execution.
Perform deployment validation, testing, and basic performance checks before project handover.
Troubleshoot deployment and configuration issues, escalating to engineering teams when required.
Maintain deployment documentation, implementation reports, and project updates.
Conduct customer walkthroughs, provide deployment support, and ensure successful project closure.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Project Management teams to improve deployment processes and customer experience.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Implementation, Technical Support, Solution Deployment, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
Hands-on experience in deploying facial recognition systems (FRS) or similar AI/video analytics solutions.
Good understanding of CCTV infrastructure, IP cameras, networking fundamentals, and Video Management Systems (VMS).
Familiarity with deployment workflows, system configuration, and on-site implementation activities.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple deployment activities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on Smart City, Public Safety, Enterprise Security, or Surveillance projects.
Exposure to AI-based video analytics deployments in production environments.
Basic understanding of Linux environments, networking, and server deployments.
Experience working directly with customers during implementation and post-deployment support.
