Sr. Fullstack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend / Fullstack Engineer with deep expertise in React.js to build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of frontend architecture, and enjoys mentoring junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex frontend solutions.
Build responsive and scalable web applications using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
Drive frontend architecture decisions and ensure scalability and maintainability.
Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
Ensure high standards of code quality through reviews and technical discussions.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, supporting their technical growth.
Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.
Participate actively in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Contribute to continuous improvements in development workflows and processes.
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience in React.js frontend development.
Proven ability to build responsive, high-performance web applications.
Strong understanding of: HTM, L5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6+), Web APIs, RESTful services, and Cross-browser compatibility.
Educational qualification: B. Tech / M. Tech (Computer Science / IT), (BCA / MCA candidates also acceptable).
CV attachment is mandatory.
Experience working in IT services, product startups, or boutique consulting firms.
Exposure to the Next.js framework.
Familiarity with TypeScript and Node.js .
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and frontend design patterns.
Key Skills: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 / CSS3 REST APIs, Web Performance Optimisation.
Strong proficiency in React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web APIs, and REST frameworks.
Hands-on experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with frontend build tools and version control systems (Webpack, Git).
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
Solid understanding of web performance optimisation techniques.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Educational background in Computer Science or related fields only.
