Requirements:
Strong experience in hands-on manual testing and QA automation for business applications.
Hands-on UI and API automation experience with Java, TestNG, Selenium, and Rest Assured.
Takes a multifaceted view of quality - business impact, user adoption, technical implementation and SRE.
Dexterity to quickly pick up and work on multiple domains and applications.
Business-first thinking in test coverage and test case design.
An engineer first thinks about test execution design and test automation.
Strong preference for experience in digital commerce and retail.
Preference for experience in software development and QA automation.
Preference for experience in a tech start-up (small company).
Clarity of thinking and detail orientation.
Agile, flexible, resourceful mindset along with best practices and a safe deployment approach.
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
