Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
3-5+ years of hands-on backend software engineering experience in a product-based company or fast-growing startup.
Strong proficiency in at least one backend language, Java, Python, Go, or Node.js, and comfort working across the stack when needed.
Solid understanding of system design principles: RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and database design.
Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases; ability to write and optimise complex queries.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven ability to own features end-to-end, work independently, and mentor junior engineers.
Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
