SAGE X3 Functional Analyst - O2C

We are looking for an experienced SAGE X3 Functional Analyst - Order to Cash (O2C) to support, optimize, and enhance end-to-end O2C business processes within the SAGE X3 ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in sales order processing, invoicing, credit management, and customer account operations, along with experience in application support and business process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAGE X3 O2C modules including Customer Master, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Invoicing, Pricing, Credit Management, and Returns.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design optimized O2C processes.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs.
Support enhancements, testing, deployments, and system upgrades.
Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Lead SIT/UAT testing activities and ensure successful production deployments.
Develop user documentation and deliver end-user training.
Requirements:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAGE X3 Order to Cash (O2C).
Strong understanding of the complete O2C lifecycle: Order Entry, Picking and Delivery, Shipment Processing, Invoicing and Billing, and Collections and Credit Management.
Experience with SAGE X3 configuration, workflows, authorizations, and parameters.
Knowledge of Query Tools and Crystal Reports.
Experience with data import/export utilities.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in global or multi-entity ERP implementations.
Knowledge of CRM, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and payment gateway integrations.
Basic understanding of SAGE X3 4GL development is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
