We are seeking experienced Production Support professionals with expertise in the following technologies:
Responsibilities:
Monitor and support production applications and batch processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
Support IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and middleware components.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Perform incident analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
Requirements:
Required Skills: Batch Monitoring Support, Middleware Support, IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) Support.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Production Support or Application Support.
Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) in a production environment.
Strong understanding of batch monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and middleware support.
Preferred Domain Experience: Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred: Banking and Financial Services (BFSI), Logistics, and Enterprise Applications.
