Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that power our trading platform.
Work closely with product, frontend, and AI teams to deliver high-performance features and data pipelines.
Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance.
Own the architecture and implementation of microservices and backend workflows.
Build integrations with third-party tools, trading platforms, and internal systems.
Contribute to the DevOps pipeline and ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of services.
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in backend development.
Strong expertise in Node.js or Java (or both).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous systems.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e. g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and real-time data pipelines.
Hands-on experience deploying services on AWS (EC2 S3 Lambda, etc. ).
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and monitoring tools.
Ability to write well-structured, scalable, and maintainable code.
Passion for performance, security, and high availability systems.
Bonus: Prior experience in fintech, trading systems, or AI-enabled platforms.
