We are looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about numbers, insights, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, operations, and leadership teams to analyse data, build reports, and support data-backed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and other analytics tools.
Support business and operations teams with data-driven insights.
Perform data validation, cleaning, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
Track key metrics and KPIs related to operations and performance.
Present findings clearly to stakeholders in a structured manner.
Requirements:
2-4 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics / Business Analytics.
Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations).
Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Good understanding of data analytics concepts and reporting.
Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with operations, logistics, or fleet-related data.
Exposure to dashboards/tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
