Responsibilities:
Define and execute the organisation's information security strategy and roadmap.
Lead Security Operations, Application Security, Cloud Security, and Governance, Risk and Compliance initiatives.
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001 SOC 2 RBI guidelines, and the DPDP Act.
Drive secure software development practices, vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring.
Strengthen cloud security, identity and access management, and third-party risk management.
Build and mentor a high-performing security team while fostering a strong security culture across the organisation.
Partner with senior leadership to identify, assess, and manage enterprise security risks.
Requirements:
12+ years of experience in Information Security, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Strong expertise in Application Security, Cloud Security (AWS), Security Operations, IAM, DevSecOps, and Risk and Compliance.
Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS environments is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AWS Security Speciality are a plus.
