AI / ML Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on AI Lead who can both build and lead. This is a role for someone who can define the technical vision for AI/ML while actively contributing to the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy:
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing AI/ML team.
Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap aligned with business objectives and product strategy.
Drive technical excellence and establish best practices across AI engineering and model development.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
AI/ML Development and Delivery:
Architect, build, and deploy scalable, production-grade AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Design and implement forecasting, predictive analytics, and machine learning models.
Translate business problems into deployable AI solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Ensure successful delivery of AI initiatives with ownership of timelines, quality, and execution.
MLOps and Platform Engineering:
Drive best practices across the complete ML lifecycle, including MLOps, CI/CD for ML, Model deployment and monitoring, Governance and compliance,
Build robust, cloud-native AI architectures capable of operating at scale.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in AI/ML with proven team leadership experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in machine learning and time-series forecasting.
Experience architecting and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and ML infrastructure.
Proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices, including testing, code reviews, and automation.
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex AI initiatives in fast-paced, agile environments.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
