Director of Product

We are seeking an experienced visionary Director of Product to strengthen our India and Global Enterprise Supply Chain SaaS offering. In India and Globally. We are solving problems of invoice to pay, working capital for small suppliers, B2B payments, procurement, vendor management and vendor relationships. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and strategic direction of our supply chain SAAS product on a global scale. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams in creating innovative solutions that address customer challenges and ensure our customers' needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals, focusing on cloud SaaS and data visualisation solutions.
Define and prioritise features, enhancements, and capabilities that align with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
Create a Clear and achievable product roadmap that drives innovation and sustainable growth.
Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product strategy.
Deeply understand customer needs and pain points related to cloud SaaS and data visualisation.
Leverage customer feedback, market research, and user data to iterate on existing products and develop new solutions that meet customer expectations.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, potential partnerships, and areas for differentiation.
Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to translate product vision into actionable development plans.
Drive the product development process from concept to release, ensuring high-quality, user-friendly, and scalable solutions.
Utilise data analytics and insights to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor product metrics and performance indicators to assess the success of product initiatives and iterate as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
Must have 8+ years in product management with 3 + years of team management.
Must have experience building cloud SaaS and/or data visualisation products.
Must have experience building software products for Indian and International customers.
Strong experience in leading and developing high-performing cross-functional product teams.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
