Climate Connect Digital is hiring a Growth and Outreach Specialist - US Public Policy and Climate Risk SaaSto supports its partnership with StatsUSA: a US-focused, RAND-originated B2B data and analytics platform working at the intersection of public data, policy, climate risk, statistics, and institutional decision-making. The platform helps professional users access and work with public, demographic, economic, health, climate, and government-related data more effectively. Climate Connect Digital will be the employer for this role. The candidate will work closely with the Climate Connect Digital team while supporting the marketing, outreach, content, campaign, and growth activities of StatsUSA. This is a marketing operations role with some research responsibilities. It is best suited for someone who is execution-oriented, highly organized, strong in written English, comfortable with numbers, and able to manage multiple marketing workstreams in a disciplined manner.
Responsibilities:
Managing campaign schedules, outreach trackers, CRM records, contact lists, and follow-up workflows.
Supporting targeted outreach campaigns for B2B, institutional, public policy, climate risk, and data-focused audiences.
Helping prepare and coordinate newsletters, email campaigns, LinkedIn updates, webinar invites, customer updates, and other marketing communications.
Conducting lead research, market research, and basic background research to support campaigns and content.
Reading relevant articles, reports, datasets, and policy or market updates to identify useful statistics, trends, and content ideas.
Supporting webinar and event-related marketing, including invite lists, registration tracking, reminders, follow-ups, and reporting.
Creating or coordinating simple marketing assets such as campaign visuals, email templates, presentation inputs, one-pagers, webinar banners, and social media creatives using commonly available tools.
Tracking campaign performance, lead generation, responses, registrations, and follow-up actions.
Preparing concise internal updates on marketing activity, outreach progress, content pipeline, and campaign results.
Managing multiple parallel workstreams while maintaining accuracy, timelines, and attention to detail.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, outreach, communications, business development support, campaign execution, research, or a related role.
Strong academic background. An MBA or postgraduate qualification in marketing, business, communications, economics, public policy, data, or a related field is preferred. Strong bachelor's degree candidates with relevant experience and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Excellent written English, with the ability to draft and refine professional emails, newsletters, campaign copy, short summaries, and marketing content.
Strong attention to detail and the discipline to maintain schedules, trackers, CRM records, follow-ups, and reporting accurately.
Comfort working with spreadsheets, basic numbers, campaign metrics, lead counts, registration data, and performance reports.
Ability to research organizations, contacts, sectors, articles, statistics, and market developments, and convert findings into useful marketing inputs.
Comfort with tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, LinkedIn, Zoom, Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns without losing track of details.
A proactive, execution-focused approach and the ability to follow through without repeated reminders.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in any of the following areas would be an advantage:
B2B marketing, SaaS marketing, marketing operations, or institutional outreach.
Email marketing, newsletters, webinars, CRM workflows, lead generation, or campaign reporting.
Working with data products, research platforms, public policy, climate risk, government data, or professional information services.
Creating simple marketing assets using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn, WordPress, or similar platforms.
Working in remote teams or with international stakeholders.
