Native AI Product Manager

We're looking for an AI-first Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and ships productsnot just plans them. This is a hands-on role where you'll identify customer problems, build AI-powered solutions, validate them with users, and take them to production. You'll work directly with AI tools to prototype, iterate, and launch products rapidly. Rather than writing lengthy specifications, you'll build, test, measure, and refine solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
Own the complete product lifecyclefrom problem discovery and product strategy to prototyping, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
Build and validate product ideas using AI tools (including Claude Code) to rapidly create production-ready prototypes.
Identify customer pain points and translate them into scalable, user-centric product solutions.
Define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy with a strong focus on customer adoption and business outcomes.
Design, test, and iterate AI-powered product experiences through rapid experimentation and continuous feedback.
Develop clear hypotheses, define success metrics, and evaluate product performance using measurable outcomes.
Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, production-ready features with minimal handoff.
Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather insights, validate solutions, and improve product-market fit.
Continuously monitor emerging AI technologies and industry trends, rapidly evaluating and integrating new capabilities.
Own product quality by establishing evaluation frameworks, improving AI behaviour, and ensuring exceptional user experiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver products quickly and effectively.
Take complete ownership of product decisions, execution, and business impact while fostering a culture of rapid innovation and continuous learning.
Requirements:
Experience building and launching software or AI-powered products from concept to production.
Strong understanding of product management, customer discovery, and go-to-market strategy.
Hands-on experience using AI development tools (e. g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to prototype and build products.
Ability to rapidly validate ideas through experimentation, user feedback, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong understanding of user experience, product design principles, and customer empathy.
Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding modern software development practices.
Ability to define success metrics, evaluate product performance, and iterate based on measurable outcomes.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with enterprise customers.
Self-starter with an ownership mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
