We're looking for a Growth and Content Generalist to join our founding team and build our content-led growth engine from the ground up. You'll create high-impact content, drive user acquisition, experiment across multiple marketing channels, and own growth metrics. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys both storytelling and data-driven marketing.
Responsibilities:
Own and scale content IPs across social media, search, and community platforms.
Create engaging content across multiple formats including: LinkedIn posts, X (Twitter) threads, Newsletters, Reels & short-form videos, SEO blogs, Landing pages
Simplify complex finance topics such as investing, taxation, wealth management, and credit.
Optimise content for both traditional SEO and AI search platforms (AEO), including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
Execute and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Meta and X.
Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for research, ideation, and content production.
Analyse content performance using traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics to improve growth.
Build and nurture online communities across platforms like Reddit and WhatsApp.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in: Content Writing, Copywriting, Content Marketing.
Excellent written English with strong storytelling and communication skills.
Hands-on experience using AI content and research tools.
Experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, X, or similar platforms.
Good understanding of SEO and content optimisation.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Portfolio showcasing blogs, articles, newsletters, or social media content.
