Responsibilities:
Build the user context layer: user-provided data plus integrations with account aggregators, MF Central, and mutual fund platforms.
Own the backend in Python and FastAPI.
Build and extend the frontend in React / React Native, shipping to web and iOS from one codebase.
Instrument the product with telemetryfunnels, behavioral data, the worksso the team can see what's actually happening, not guess.
Own deployment, uptime, and security posture.
Requirements:
3 - 6 years spanning backend and frontend, with real depth on at least one side.
Strong in Python/FastAPI and React.
Zero-to-one experienceyou've built something before the patterns existed in a small team where you owned outcomes rather than a slice of a system.
Comfort owning infra directly: EC2 keeping services up, basic security hygiene, and no dedicated DevOps team to lean on.
Bonus: you've set up telemetry/observability from scratch and can talk about what you tracked and why.
Bonus: React Nativeif you're strong in React, we're confident you'll pick it up.
No fintech or finance-domain background required.
