GenAI Developer

In this role, you will work on overseeing the end-to-end development of generative AI applications. As an important part of the role, you will solve complex technical challenges, ensure project specifications are met efficiently, and facilitate the rapid learning and implementation of new technologies within the team. You will work independently, exhibit excellent learning agility to be able to work with a varied set of groups in a time-bound fashion, and showcase excellent judgement in devising and implementing solutions for group-wide needs. Furthermore, you will be expected to comprehend the technical requirements of diverse groups using AI, explore open-source tech options beneficial for us, and integrate the chosen tech within our teams to enhance efficiency and construct supportive systems. In addition to that, people and project management are going to be a key part of the job role. You will also be expected to exhibit excellent productivity and demonstrate exceptional and clear communication skills. Lastly, you will be expected to mentor the staff from respective groups to allow for a smooth handover of projects, which will be a key part of the job.
Requirements:
A master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field with 7 to 12 years of relevant industry work experience as a specialist/individual contributor.
Proficiency in Python with exceptional coding and debugging abilities.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to acquire and apply new technologies quickly.
Prior exposure to GAI projects and frameworks.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills along with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
GAI academic qualifications/certifications.
Experience as a tech solution architect.
