Senior Technical Architect - ManCo

We seek an experienced Senior Technical Architect with an excellent engineering foundation and a proven track record in building and delivering full-stack enterprise products to join the FinOp Tech team based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Gurugram. The FinOp Tech team processes and maintains critical internal management data, taking direct responsibility for enterprise-wide accounting, tax compliance, payroll administration, and complex compensation structures. As the custodian of this core data, this team is responsible for delivering reporting and analytics to senior management. The ideal candidate will be language- and framework-agnostic, comfortable working with Python, Java, or other enterprise-grade technologies, and able to design solutions end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise applications across the full technology stack.
You will architect and implement robust data strategies that include data pipelines, data infrastructure, business data modelling, computation frameworks, and storage design.
You will be involved in driving database performance through optimised queries and efficient application design. Additionally, you will develop both high-level and low-level designs, ensuring scalability, availability, and maintainability.
You will also work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and tech leadership to define and implement the right platform design and ensure accountability in delivery.
As a technical contributor, you will champion innovation by encouraging experimentation, continuous improvement, and the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance platform capabilities and delivery outcomes.
Requirements:
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
Programming expertise in Python (preferred), Java, or C++, with the technical depth to lead meaningful architecture and code reviews.
Expertise in standard algorithms, data structures, and performance-orientated application design.
Experience building and delivering full-stack products, integrating frontend, backend, and data layers.
Experience building data platforms end-to-end, including data ingestion pipelines, data infrastructure, and storage design.
Exceptional data engineering expertise across data modelling, including dimensional and multidimensional modelling; data pipeline development; computation engines; and computation frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders effectively, bridge communication gaps, and build trust across teams.
Proven project management capabilities, with a big-picture perspective and the ability to break down complex initiatives into actionable plans.
Excellent communication, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate alternative approaches and optimise solutions.
The ability to balance deep technical expertise with strategic vision to deliver solutions aligned with evolving business needs.

Preferred qualification: Exposure to financial data modelling.
