Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant MRO / aviation work experience.
Experience leading Aviation Technology projects with an MRO focus.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Process improvement experience with a solid track record of achieving positive results.
Strong business acumen possessing strong operational, technical, and analytical skills including structured problem solving and quantitative analysis.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Exceptional analytical skills.
Strong customer focus (internal and external).
Advanced skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, MS Access.
Software experience with SAP, Hyperion, SAS, Tableau, SQL, Databases such as Terradata and SQL Server.
Ability to solve problems at both conceptual and practical levels. Must be a self-starter able to work in a team environment as well as on individual efforts.
Highly proficient in written and oral communications and able to produce concise, relevant presentations for senior leaders.
