Technical Product Engineer

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience as a technical product engineer, product owner, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of system architecture, modern distributed systems, and AI foundations (prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), context engineering, guardrails, agentic systems, and LLM-based application design), along with cloud-native platforms such as AWS (Amazon Bedrock, API Gateway, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3 etc. ).
Knowledge of concepts and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery.
Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production.
Hands-on proficiency in reading and interpreting Swagger/API specifications, RESTful JSON structures, and microservices architecture.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted software engineering tools (e. g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Kiro, and Amazon Q Developer) to improve software delivery and developer productivity.
Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirements analysis; ability to elicit, analyze, and record required business functionality and non-functional requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
Strong written, oral communication, and social skills
Must have excellent planning and organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication and facilitation skills.
Must be performing satisfactorily in the present position.
