AVP - Senior Lead IAM Engineer

Responsibilities:
Architect, design, develop, and implement an end-to-end Web Access Management solution using ForgeRock/PingAM.
Drive sprint planning as per strategic plan of the project(s).
Develop custom authentication modules and codes/scripts (using Java, Groovy, and JavaScript) to extend ForgeRock/Ping AM functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
Integrate applications for Single Sign-On (SSO) using standard federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
Configure and manage ForgeRock components, including PingAM, PingDS, and related components, to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for IAM configurations, custom code, and operational procedures.
Drive Cloud IAM topics related to GCP and Microsoft Azure.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards through effective access policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the project(s).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to incorporate IAM/PAM solutions into existing infrastructure.
Requirements:
Bachelor / master's degree in information technology, or equivalent.
Minimum of 11 years of experience leading projects in the IAM / PAM domain, preferably in Project Manager/Lead role.
Strong, hands-on development experience with the ForgeRock Identity Platform, especially ForgeRock / PingAM.
Proficiency in Java for custom development within the ForgeRock framework.
Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Groovy, JavaScript, PowerShell - mandatory
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, RESTful APIs and experience integrating IAM solutions with various applications and systems.
Solid understanding of and experience with identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
Experience in CI/CD pipelines would be an added advantage.
Good to have: experience with IAM in both/either Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge on how to structure options and present a proposal for next steps to senior management.
Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions are desired.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Experience in handling IAM/PAM related Audits is desired.
Fluent in English.
Must have CISSP, CISM, GCP/Azure certifications or IAM/PAM tool-specific certifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
