Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI systems, AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and tool usage. You will be responsible for designing and deploying intelligent agents that can operate independently, solve complex problems, and integrate seamlessly into enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop agentic AI systems using LLMs with planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities.
Build multi-agent frameworks for complex task orchestration and decision-making.
Develop and optimize LLM-based applications (RAG pipelines, agents, copilots).
Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Fine-tune and evaluate models for performance, latency, and accuracy.
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.
Ensure robustness, observability, and safety of AI systems in production.
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in AI/ML or related fields.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc. ).
Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
Understanding of agentic workflows: planning, memory, reflection, tool usage.
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc. ).
Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and model evaluation techniques.
