We're looking for a seasoned director - agentic AI - to lead the design, development, and scaling of next-gen AI systems built on LLMs, autonomous agents, and voice-driven experiences. This is a high-impact leadership role driving innovation at scale in a B2C/D2C product environment.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the Agentic AI roadmap across products and platforms.
Build and scale systems leveraging LLMs, RAG, multi-agent frameworks, and voice AI.
Lead architecture for autonomous workflows, decisioning systems, and orchestration layers.
Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering leaders to deliver customer-centric AI solutions.
Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing AI/ML engineering teams.
Drive production-grade deployments, scalability, and performance optimisation.
Requirements:
13-18 years of experience in backend/AI engineering, with a recent focus on agentic AI/GenAI.
Strong expertise in LLMs, LangChain (or similar), RAG architectures, and AI orchestration.
Proven experience building scalable B2C/D2C platforms.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure), and real-time architectures.
Hands-on leadership with the ability to go deep into system design when needed.
Experience in voice AI, conversational systems, or autonomous agents is a big plus.
