We're looking for a lead AI engineer with strong hands-on experience in building agentic AI systems and orchestration frameworks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on designing intelligent, autonomous systems and scaling AI-driven products.
Responsibilities:
Design and build Agentic AI systems using LLMs, tools, and multi-agent frameworks.
Lead development of AI orchestration pipelines (LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, etc. )
Architect scalable RAG-based and tool-augmented AI solutions.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-first experiences.
Optimise performance, latency, and cost of AI systems in production.
Requirements:
7-12 years of experience with strong backend + AI/ML exposure.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and orchestration frameworks.
Proficiency in Python, APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Experience with vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
Strong system design and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
Experience building multi-agent workflows or autonomous systems.
Exposure to B2C/D2C product environments.
Familiarity with real-time AI applications (voice/chat agents).
