Engineering Leader

We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Leader with 18+ years of experience who has been actively building and scaling GenAI products over the last 2+ years, with deep expertise in Agentic AI and orchestration frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of GenAI-powered products (LLMs, RAG, and Agentic workflows).
Design and scale multi-agent systems, orchestration layers, and autonomous decisioning pipelines.
Drive engineering excellence across distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Collaborate with product and business teams to build B2C/D2C AI-driven experiences.
Mentor high-performing teams and define long-term AI engineering strategy and roadmap.
Requirements:
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate at both strategy and hands-on levels.
Passion for emerging AI paradigms like autonomous agents and AI orchestration.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
Must-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
Strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc. ).
Solid background in scalable backend systems (Java/Python/Golang).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and real-time systems.
Proven track record of building and scaling AI products in production.
Good to Have:
Experience in voice AI / conversational AI systems.
Exposure to fine-tuning models, evaluation frameworks, and AI observability.
Prior experience in high-scale B2C/D2C platforms.
