Director of Engineering - Agentic AI

We are looking for a visionary AI leader to build and scale next-generation Agentic AI systems powering real-world consumer experiences at scale. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of AI research, product engineering, and customer experience, ideal for someone passionate about autonomous AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, and production-grade LLM applications.
Responsibilities:
Build and lead the Agentic AI function from the ground up.
Architect scalable multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, etc.
Develop AI copilots, conversational commerce systems, automation agents, and personalization engines.
Work closely with CTO/CPO to integrate AI across core customer journeys.
Establish best practices around LLM evaluation, guardrails, observability, and AI safety.
Lead and mentor a high-performing AI engineering and product team.
Requirements:
Strong experience building and scaling LLM-powered or Agentic AI products.
Hands-on expertise with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar ecosystems.
Deep understanding of RAG, tool calling, memory systems, orchestration frameworks, and MLOps.
Strong engineering background in Python, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
Prior experience in B2C / D2C product ecosystems at scale.
