AI Product Manager

We are looking for an innovative and strategic AI Product Manager to lead the development and execution of AI-powered digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product management, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with engineering, data science, business, and design teams to build scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact and enhanced customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-driven products and digital platforms.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and data scientists to identify AI use cases and transformation opportunities.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including requirement gathering, prioritization, delivery, launch, and optimization.
Drive development of AI/ML and Generative AI-powered capabilities such as intelligent automation, predictive analytics, conversational AI, and recommendation engines.
Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements.
Work closely with UX, engineering, and architecture teams to deliver scalable and user-centric digital products.
Define product KPIs and success metrics and monitor product performance using data-driven insights.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis and evaluate emerging AI technologies and trends.
Ensure alignment between business goals, customer needs, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility.
Drive Agile product delivery processes and stakeholder communication across multiple teams.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Product Management with exposure to AI/ML or digital product ecosystems.
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and analytics-driven platforms.
Experience working with engineering, data science, and cloud teams in enterprise environments.
Knowledge of AI product development lifecycle, data platforms, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, Azure AI, AWS AI services, or similar ecosystems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools like Jira or Confluence.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital transformation initiatives or enterprise AI product implementations.
Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, and data privacy practices.
Knowledge of customer experience platforms, automation workflows, or intelligent digital assistants.
MBA or product management certification is a plus.
